This is ridiculous. I paid good money to play gw HOT and now the HOT download has stopped the game from even launching. After I downloaded the installer and got to the tg update 1.12 screen nothing happened! I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the screen just sits there. I have played gw 1 AND 2 since the first day each game came out. The fact that I have been such a loyal supported of this game should count for something. It is unbelievable that I a mac user, cannot play gw on a mac client that I paid money for. I bought the game and I can’t play it. Some form of compensation or a refund should be offered.
My character just turned level 41.
For some reason my elite skill on my guardian is not working. Every time I try to change the elite skill to a different unlocked elite skill it remains the same. I did not have this issue until the last update. The elite is not on auto. Any ideas?

I contacted support about my collector’s edition items and have yet to receive them. It has been a year since my first ticket and three months since my second ticket was submitted. I also posted my concerns on the website forum but did not receive a response. Can someone please get back to me about my items?

Ballista Geargrind gets stuck after the Norn attack at the bridge and will not continue escorting the charr caravan forward. I have restarted the mission about 4 times. Each time the mission has failed to let me move forward. I have been stuck at this point for days. Please help!
