As per the title, I bought a couple Dye Pack, 400 Gems got deducted from my balance,
however I did not receive either Dye Pack and my tickets have gone unanswered over the past 48 hours. This is quite frustrating. They are still my most recent transactions, any help getting either a refund or the items I purchased would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

EDIT: Deleting extra mail seemed to fix the problem for me as it did the person above me. I was stuck at 9/10 mail with something like 100 letters in there from never deleting them afterwords, the purchases showed up just fine.
