Guild Wars 2

I have tried it 3 times today and still no luck . I have killed every single mob/egg before reaching each skrit and still gets stuck on the third one.

So, I started this game two weeks ago and I am new to guild wars. I have over 40 chests worth of ingredients from buying keys and I don’t even know how to craft. Will I be able to benefit from the money I spent on chests or am I screwed. I really hope the 150+ tonics in my bank and countless xp boosters can be put to use into this… I HAVE NO BANK SPACE LEFT.

My friend recently sold me his account and I want to change the email to my own, but when I try it says I need a serial code. When my friend bought the game in beta they did not give him a code… So how do I go about this????
