Incase you don’t want to click all the links, basically my guildies and I started clearing and finishing the event, then people noticed us and started yelling at us in say, I didn’t notice at first (I also didn’t know people actually farmed here tbh) so then the whispers started. People decided to threaten to report me for botting and proceeded to verbally harass my guildies and I.

We finished the event and proceeded to kitten off all the farmers, I reported these individuals who whispered me for verbal harassment and will be sending these screen shots to anet.

If anyone ever needs help with this event I have no problem going and derailing these farmers, please hit me up. If i’m not involved with my guild I will be more than happy to assist you.

Also we are trying round 2 of our missions tonight since it was Crash Wars 2 last night, getting my guild to the Rush was a nightmare.

I made my own thread for this in the General Discussion before I saw this thread, so I’m going to post it here too.

Tonight I was trying to lead my guild and do guild missions and with this new Megaserver thing it made it kitten near impossible to do the guild bounty.
The problems we ran into were:
1. The fact that the guild was scattered across different map flows so we had to taxi everyone in to our map which, with a big guild like ours, takes up a bit of time. So having a minute left to get everyone to the bounty person is irritating.
2. We had an issue where when we got on the map for the bounty there would be another guild already killing the bounty, that combined with the need to taxi 3/4 of the guild to the map made it really frustrating.
We went through 2 bounties that we didn’t get to participate in causing me to activate another Tier 3 bounty, as they say the third time was the charm and we finally got to do one. However I shouldn’t have to go through the activation of 2 Tier 3 Bounties to get ONE done, this was never an issue before now.
I mean if Megaserver is supposed to be doing what Anet is saying it’s doing then it should be no problem that, at the very least, my guild would be all together.
And while i’m fine with trying to communicate with whatever guild might be currently stalking the same bounty we also happened to go after, it’s one thing where I am able to accomplish that and then the two guilds do the bounty together (We do that on GoM all the time before this Megafailserver thing happened) but 9 times out of 10 thats not going to be the case. It’s a little to late to say “Hey can you hold DPS so my guild has time to get over there?” When the bounty is at 10%.

Yeah I had to reschedule guild missions for my guild due to all of them crashing multiple times. We barely made it through the bounty as it is with all the guilds trying to do the same bounty at once.

I’m also curious too see how other guilds have been fairing with the Megaserver thing while doing their missions.

I’ve been testing out those Superior Runes of Exuberance, (Valk thief here) I think I still like my Traveler runes better :/ Was tempted to try the Wurm ones tho.

Please, let’s stop the name calling and picture posting because that is not allowed in this forum.
We are giving suggestions and switching ideas here, not stating why one server is better than the other.

I think they should close this thread. (Moderator hint hint) This poster is very upset, (and to be honest is making others, myself included, more likely to sling mud in anger) and has made more than one thread complaining about GoM. There is a new toxic place for people like you to post. Please do your complaining there. Keep this forum positive.

First of all this started as an idea thread, not a GoM bashing thread. The bashing started when you guys called them out on being from SF.

Second of all remember catering to an argument doesn’t solve an issue and is more likely to get yourself in trouble (hint hint) than it is to get your point across.

You do realize people in your own guild and people that were with your zerg even say witness and have admitted and confessed to your hacking that your own people even say you hack capped them, that obviously when your own people who were their witness it and come to this topic and even posted that you hacked it says something that one videos are not proof do to video editing software and two when people from those guilds and that were in your zergs posted here in this topic what you guys were doing and even confessed that you hack capped only makes GoM sound ignorant and incoherent of their own actions that these two guilds were and are known for hacks in the past as their are several threads from the past about GoM Cap hacking keeps, theirfore what you are saying is invalid, remember not everyone on your server condones hacking and when they come forward on this topic like they have it only proves your childish lying to save your own hide from getting banned along with your guild being disbanded.

First of all, you have shown no proof to your accusations and quite frankly if you are serious about these allegations then you would have no problem in providing a video or a screenshot, which leads me to believe this is a simple cry of ‘GoM can’t be this good it must be hacks’ which, I guess you learned a valuable lesson last night.

Second, if you really want this to be brought to our attention formally and maturely then feel free to message Styx or myself and we will make sure it’s addressed as we do take accusations of people on our server hacking seriously, but again you need to have some back up to these claims. Coming to us saying, ‘You need to stop your people from hacking’ isn’t grounds enough for us to take some real action.

As far as this goes, all I can tell you was we were not running in one large force last night and met with little to no resistance from you, and what little of you there was was kept distracted enough for us to take your stuff. You fell for our tactics and we came out ahead, it happens . As far as what we came up with and executed last night was nothing but a lot of well timed caps and a lot of coordination. Better luck next time.
