There isn’t really anything else to add, these are three very good suggestions!

I don’t agree with this, I can see where you are coming from in a way but world completion and such is not a necessary part of the game it is optional.

Also due to the reward for 100% World Completion being tied in with the creation of legendary weapons I do not think this will happen (especially as it would remove the difficulty of 100%ing the 4 WvW maps).

Still as a person that both loves and hates alts (love the diversity they give me in my playing of the game, hate the time and care I have to put in to them the xth play through).

I heartily agree that GW2 is based on fun and not reward, my reward for playing is to have fun. Reward = Fun, Fun = Reward…Play → Fun(Reward) → Play → Fun(Reward)…

It just goes on and on! Eventually no doubt I will go “Play → Not so Fun → Break” as is what I do with every game single player or multi.

Firstly I would point out that the armour pieces in question are to be considered “prestige” armour pieces and so meant to be rarer skins. Using this method you suggest pretty much everyone would have every armour skin inside of a month (the prestige ones anyway).

Secondly were this method to be adopted would you not probably in all likelihood argue that suddenly there are too few dungeons and nothing to do without a grind of some sort.

My opinion and view on the whole grind thing was such that there wouldn’t be a grind to level or get the best gear (which really there isn’t, in the course of playing the game I levelled rapidly to 80 and easily acquired exotic armour and weapons before I’d even done everything).

I would also point out that every dungeon has a chance of exotics being received by the end (and they would be level appropriate but that does not mean 80 at 80, but usually I find around the 75-80 mark is the level of equipment I have received).

You are more than welcome to your opinion but I find there to be nothing particularly wrong, some tweaking of numbers and the like (but thats a given in every game). The PvE is fine, the entire world is your endgame PvE experience. And with that, I bid you good day sir.

In game community on my forum has been great for the most part, occasional rudeness and such going on but thats to be expected.

Reading the forums is just lolable, the trolls and haters aren’t very good at all, far too obvious most of the time. And the saddest part is that I think a lot of them believe what they say But overall I’m impressed with the forums, just wish people would stop saying “Cause I’ve played 160+ hours my opinion obviously overrides yours” when I myself have played over that amount and don’t seem to have half the complaints they do, they are welcome to their opinions but forcing said opinions on others is just wrong.

Level 80 Ranger
Overall: 8/10
PvE: 9/10
PvP: 8/10
Legendary Bow Skins: 3/10 (sometimes 9/10 when I realise that for a week killing people with rainbows would be AWESOME, then I’d be bored and ashamed)

But yeah overall awesome game, does have some problems of course, what game doesn’t? PvP down states are frustrating (Ranger has 1 ability to stop a stomp and that’s single target where as Thief/Mesmer/Guardian, etc all have at least one ability to do that and has an AoE effect). Also the greatsword on the Ranger, abilities are fine but the damage does feel a bit unjustifiably low, and Longbow could use a very tiny bit of love.

If nothing else no subscription means I will be playing this game on and off for years to come (and plus I love it), and more than happy to wait for fixes.
