I cannot access BLTC at all including the gem store. Occasionally I have mouse issues however a log out and back in seems to fix it. Lastly my screen dims when I close windows and I have to open options menu and adjust the gamma although the bar has not moved and as soon as I move it it comes back to where it was before it dimmed. Additional info below.

Unfortunately, basically all steps done to try to resolve the Mac client TP issue DOESN’T work all the time. I’ve been managing and ending wineserver, compiler and cookied processes for the past three weeks now. I’ve restarted the client over and over and of course all other troubleshooting steps have been done, however, these do not guarantee the fix of issues. TP still loads forever and cannot do day to day functions around 50% of the time.
This is a known issue that must be fixed on the development end, because solutions don’t work consistently, nor for everyone. There is an issue with the browser design of the TP and how it loads into the game or something. I’ve had this problem persist 50% of the time for over two-three months now and have been bearing with it. But we do need this fixed.

I’ve run into this issue since the last patch. I have tried the removing the Guild Wars 2 folder which made me completely reinstall the program. Still didn’t work. Then I closed the programs that were running from the list Kioshi.6597 posted and it still doesn’t work. I’ve submitted several bugs to identify the place/time the problems arise. Running Macbook pro w/retina 2.5GHz i5, 8GB DDR3, running OS 10.9. Please advise
