Level 80 —-Un Usual Suspects
Here-—————-[PeRp]
Guildie of mine just got this… O.o
I find this amusing only because I main a ranger and this has happened multiple times for me for fractals 10+. Yet when i run with my guild we trio 10+ with 2 rangers and a guardian with no issues. Feel free to send me a friend request as my guild has no class restrictions or you could even join our trio if you would like.
This like a lot of other stuff in the patch is quite bugged. Doing fractals yesterday I received this loot box and noticed the awesome white items inside. Then looted a corpse and got an exotic.

This explains pretty much everything you need, such as how to heal and how to heal the dolyaks..
My friend and I just did it and thought we destroyed everything and them came across an random tiny tree in a very small nook.
“Rangers rely on a keen eye, a steady hand, and the power of nature itself. Unparalleled archers, rangers are capable of bringing down foes from a distance with their bows. With traps, nature spirits, and a stable of loyal pets at their command, rangers can adapt to any situation.” – Arenanet
Sounds like a main melee class to me.
- Hawk and Eagle are exactly the same.
— Same Special Attack
— Same in game apperance
— Same avatar within the Pet Management System
Personally i believe an elite skill (be it an eagle eye ranger type or even a pet sniff out type (since we are obviously stuck with the pet)) with a descent cool down and only visible to ranger and his pet (therefore others would just follow the pet) wouldn’t break thieves stealth abilities and make it completely based on situation and timing. In fact it would only make thieves adapt and become better with the way they sneak to ensure they aren’t caught. At the moment stealth is a get out of jail free card. I don’t see how this would be a bad thing?

What gloves are those?
Thanks! I have noticed that and been doing just as said. Just seems the avoidance of the zerg is much less likely which saddens me. I enjoy doing the supply camps in quick smaller group strikes more-so than sitting inside a keep with a broken wall waiting for the trebs to break down the inner wall. But everyone has what they enjoy I assume. Then again being on Stormbluff and the massive population of our server plus the servers we normally face also account for this issue.
I also assume the realm rank system in DAoC also played a big factor in this, as smaller groups could acquire more in a shorter duration, and without that the zerg mentality seems to flourish.
Thanks again and hopefully more smaller skirmishes can occur where skill is the deciding factor!
So i have been playing this game since beta/headstart. I can pve for hours on end in this game and not get bored. Off and on I would WvW but all I found myself doing was Zerging. If anyone has played DAoC back with the old frontiers you will know where I am getting at. Every once and a while I have no issue zerging, but on occasions i would like to be able to find 1v1, 2v2, even 5v5/10 fights but it seems whenever we (my guildmates and I) do this and take smaller camps/points to help out around the map that we always end up getting zerged. Does anyone else enjoy the smaller warfare as the Zerg/Zerg are taking the bigger targets? If so are there any “hot” spot (like Emain is DAoC) that this normally occurs?
My time in DAoC was much more memorable due to my set group running around, letting the zergs take over what they will, while handling the smaller groups/points. If this just doesn’t happen it is a shame.
