So straight to the point. Could you guys at anet please make this possible? The grenade kit’s effects are especially bad mostly, especially grenade 5. Just look at it.

Sure it’s just visual, but I have already fell in love with the style of abilities in this game, and it just isn’t the same anymore.

Would it really be that hard to make the tuning of abilities optional? We already have a lot of ways to change the way the game looks graphic vise, don’t see why this isn’t optional already (except if it’s being worked on already).

Thank you for having these great effects in the game thus far, and I’m glad I got to enjoy them. But really still hoping to get an option to turn them back on.

I can’t really wrap my head around this, just come on. If you can’t see anything because of some effects, zoom out of your character, please. The sound effects and visual effects on grenade kit are terrible atm, just look at grenade 5.

Never had any problems after starting the game and zooming out a bit. Never. Can’t see this change as anything near reasonable.

Why couldn’t it be optional? Like an option in the video menu:
Tune down various effects for better performance(?) and less distractions.

Shouldn’t really be that hard…..

The whole effect tune down was imo overdone and a little unnecessary, if i can see stuff because of effects, i zoom out of my character a little bit more. That’s possible too.

Just look at the grenade 5 atm for gods sake. It’s so horrible. It’s like throwing some of those really small crackers on the ground, and it doesn’t even have the smoke of those crackers. Can’t understand, whole grenade kit looks terrible atm imo.

For god’s sake, please fix grenade effects. I don’t know why, but the sound effects are pretty horrid compared to the old ones, and the visual effects go away 5 times faster than before. Please look into this, I want my beautiful explosions back.

And if this was intentional, please tell my why, like did a lot of people want faster explosions that you can’t almost even see and the cave trolls rumble sound to skill 2.
