ty for help, same here: Win7 x64, ran as administrator and fixed it (now i can see the “down for maintenance” image, so i think is fixed the blank problem)

considering that there’s a profit without do anything else that buying/reselling, probably yes. i suggest u to report details to the ‘exploit report e-mail’ (i think is exploits@arena.net) before using it.
