how long does this take its been like 24 hours and i still cant play the game :C

it can take up to 72 hours for a response, sometimes longer depending on the workload of the support team.

wow thats actually disappointing, bought the ultimate package hoping to play it and i leave tomorrow night :/ was hoping to at least got to play it for a little bit before i had to leave for a month, wish i could unactivate the code and just make a new account and play it now

i just recently bought guild wars 2 again cause it said my account was closed in order to fulfil a refund, but after i purchased it and activated it to myaccount it still says the same thing, any thoughts?
