In my opinion, Dailies are a shallow gameplay mechanic

I have played MMO’s as much as the next guy, and my experience is, once people are reduced to logging on to just do dailies, they already have “one foot out the door” and when the NEXT game comes along they will be done with GW2

the special snowflake is you omega fanboi.

I have read what they have said and have watched closely as the bots become larger and larger numbers…how long does it take to log in as a GM port to any heavily exploited DE point with lets say 5 bots or more and click BAN…..

Now back on topic….how many PEOPLE then? because I know several in my guild have also reported the same bots over and over and over…….

One of the forum mods just replied in a thread this:

“reminding the community that the best way of helping us is to keep on using the in-game reporting tools”

My question is; how many times of reporting the same bot over and over again do you think is enough to actually get action taken on an account… I have reported the SAME bot EVERYDAY for the last 2 weeks and yet is is STILL there as of 2 minutes ago….

They keep asking us to do a job, report when we see bot activity….Now I ask WHEN are you (anet) going to do YOUR job?

Lets talk about that GW2 Article on Gamespy

Wish there was a way to for them to “proove” 10,000 bots banned because where I and MOST of this community stand there has been NO noticeable difference in decline of bots in this game, in fact. I would say just from observation the exact opposite is true..

If we are so “valued” as customers why don’t you put some “boots” on the ground or rather in the servers… a few Gm’s on for just 8 hours a day could ban enough bots in the heavily exploited DE areas to actually make a NOTICEABLE difference until this “BIG” bot annihilation process gets started.

I mean we all know there is huge unemployment issue in this country…do the country a favor hire a few people and take care of this problem the old fashioned way…a caring helpful Gm community…

Do you think Anet's Policy of Deleting/Closing bot posts productive

If they would actually leave an active thread I would be ok with that…but they close every one and there is no reason for it. All it does is adds to the communities frustration on the subject

Like the post says…do you feel Anet’s position on deleting/closing bot posts is productive?

Do they really not wanting us to freely talk about the obvious and rampant bot issue in this game? Even their “official” bot post is closed.

It seems Anet just doesn’t want ANY conversation on the bot issues from the community…do you feel this is right?

Thoughts, and hopes, for the future of this game!

Unless Anet gets off their A$#! and fix the bot problem now…the economy will be so ruined in this game nothing else will matter

Last night at Pentitent waypoint on Northern Shiverpeaks server there were (no Lie) 30 brown bears attacking the veteran risen during the DE the bots were so thick mobs were dying before i could even see them appear….

Anyways I was just wondering are the bots this rampant on all the servers? or is Northern Shiverpeaks a worse case scenario?
