pretty much this. I’m really disheartened the fact that Anet hasn’t solved this problem yet. I lost rewards and progression so many times, almost gave up doing big events.

is that hard? I got them pretty fast..

Anet seem to love the idea of making hugeassmaps but hey it’s too kittening huge it takes forever to get anywhere! As if boarderlands weren’t empty enough pre-xpac…. Now it’s dead.

Warriors are really good all around. Can you explain why most dungeon soloing(exp Arah) runners are Warriors? And whereas Necros…. sigh…

This is true though. I am really getting tired of doing WvW…
Since WvW reward was crap I was one of those use real money to buy stuff from gem store. But I don’t really care now. I am sure I was not the only one and WvW was almost empty last night.
Edit: people may come back later but it won’t be the same unless gw2 can attract lots of new players

What about adding watch towers which small groups(6-10) can easily flip before zerg come to destroy them? Of course points getting from those aren’t much but it will make zerg focus on bigger objects while small groups have better chance of having small scale fights. Just my thoughts.

Your bl JP = nearly enemy free zone.
OS JP= I suggest group up with few people and do this. But seriously this is only JP that has some pvp actions in it.

Instead of reducing the map cap, the maps need to be enlarged.

If you can’t deal with pug zergs, might need to revise your tactics and such. I was in EoTM tonight and was farming pug zergs of 40+ with only ~15 people (to be fair, they didn’t even fight back… they just took it like a champ). The problem is the close proximity to waypoints allowing for the dead to run back before the fight is even over.

I think this is kind of a good idea. Make bls really, really huge then people will get tired of following commanders after a while and put more objects to cap. Ah it would be so much fun wandering around in WvW all day.

Weird thing happened today. After stomping a bg guy he joined our (JQ) party and told us a Norn was using zoomlocker to further the range of AC. We were in bg bl crag and we didn’t have a Norn in our party and we had no idea what Norn he was talking about. It’s funny that he blamed our commander (commanding 4man group lol) for not monitoring everyone there. I mean what the kitten?
If the Norn really used it then we were at NE camp to get more supps.

I would careless if he didn’t say JQers do it many times, we must be new players and clueless JQers needed 6 guilds to win blah blah.
Is it common to party with enemy groups and say random things?
I personally want you to just keep that in the forums I don’t want to argue in game like this.

I’ve noticed that too since today’s patch. I thought is was my internet connection problem so I tested with other online games but they run just fine. There’s like 0.5 sec ~ 1 sec delay.. which makes this game unplayable

Again… I wouldn’t be so disappointed and sad if I had a lot of time to wait for them to fix

Yup still having the same problem after 5 months..

While I was doing PS, The battle of claw island, the game lagged terribly and I got kicked out of the sever two times. This is not the first time I had to restart PS few more times after I get kicked out of the sever.
I thought you guys would do something to fix this issue and waited, but no it’s still there.
GW2 has been around only 9 months since the release, but I already feel really tired of things that Anet fail to fix.
Please stabilize severs so your players won’t suffer from horrible game experience.

Another rough week for JQ…

Oh my I can see Choo S S fooling around again. He feels pleasure for doing such things for sure:)

I guess many of you know who’s this little troll Choo S S. What he’s mostly doing in WvW is burning keep/tower supplies to build rams in random places, and today I spotted him in EB throwing 3-5 ACs where we were building rams. He has two guild titles, [SOR] and [DC], but don’t get confused with DC(Dcinside), because Dcinside is one of WvW guilds in JQ that has been here for at least 9months since gw2 release. Choo is using a fake title to accuse DC members.
Why he wants to accuse them? I am not sure what happened between them but Choo and DC memeber are Koreans(they used Korean in EB chat). Whatever is up to this guy, Anet should give him a perma ban for ruining WvW fairplay.

Edit : I don’t want to make any rumor so removed that part!

Well JQ isnt in the tiers they are looking for, which I would have to recommend SoS without hesitation. However, I cant help derailing the thread a little and calling out this JQQer for this BS. JQ are scrubs who only got to #1 by stacking timeslots with huge zergs and because SoS got bored. BG even knocked you off about 6 weeks ago because you got complacent despite the overwhelming numerical superiority. JQ doesnt even use tactics…JQ only wins because of their massive SEA population that cleans up and holds all maps until the NAs get online. Literally a 3:1 advantage. BG gets a few new ppl, and is still outnumbered and JQ cries poor. Pathetic.

Not sure 30-50 bg zergs running around all the time (literally 24hrs) means outnumbered. And new PVE patch and collapse of huge Chinese guild hurt JQ kitten so hard!

Because if Anet starts focusing on making it hard for larger groups to play and favourizing smaller, well organized ones, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out what will happen to WvW. Guilds will enter WvW and dismiss anyone who’s not in their guild (pugs and random players who are not in an organized guild).

Edit: although I do think they should add a GvG mode to the game, that way everyone wins.

If Anet is intending to favor organized small groups, there is no doubt they will lose a lot of player base. It’s like saying yo PUGs WvW is not for you, so get in a dedicated guild or gtfo.

I got hit by an AC 2k per tic. Can someone explain why it hit so hard?
