My husband and I are also having this issue. Started off with him because his character is currently in Diessa Plateau. He kept getting the network error(
Code = 5:11:3:159:101) but I was fine with my character. He restarted his computer and everything. We then tried to log into his account on my computer and the network error happened again.

Lastly I logged in with one of my characters and tried to go there and also got the network error.

Please fix it soon!

Exactly the same problems that Sthenith, it started 3 hours ago.

Same here. Everything was alright when I logged in, but after changing character I suddenly got disconnected and now I can’t log in anymore…

I have the exact same problem. When I first logged in everything was working fine (although a bit laggy) but when I switched characters it had connection issues when loading that character. I have been able to log back in but now am not able to load any character.

Message I am getting: ‘The game client lost it’s connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and trying again. (Code= 7:11:3:191:101)’
