I can agree with this. I have my witch’s outfit black with orange stripes, but unfortunately the color channel on the hat makes most of the hat orange instead of black. If I want the hat black the rest of the outfit is mostly orange.

Also, not having my broom on a hotkey anymore kinda stinks.

Sorry if this has already been touched on, but 16 pages is a lot to go through.

Now that you can use town clothes as your armor is there any thought as to putting the items that are no longer for sale back in the store? I would love to get the aviator glasses to use as my helmet and would have bought them in the past had I known you would be able to do so. I don’t really see a problem doing this as it would make you money

You can still buy them though. I mean, thats easier than what you’re currently saying. I guess thats kind of the stupid thing about this system. The tasks you have to do are more troublesome than actually making the gold yourself and then buying the traits.

3 gold + 20 skill points per trait x 10 alts is not reasonable for me to buy them. Instead how about anet not putting in a system that feeds trolls?

Agree. Lyssa and Arah are so aggravating. This really needs to be adjusted. Give me a different way to earn the trait or take away the stupid gold/skill point requirement. I have really started to hate this game since this went live.

And what happens when most people get their traits and nobody does the events again?

Sorry for posting this here, but I can no longer post in the Flame and Frost forum and quite frankly, this has to be a bug anyway.

I was never able to interact with the bonfire to get the final achievement, A Rallying Flame. I had tried every day except for Sunday (Mother’s Day) to get this thing, but it would never work. Now they are gone and I feel 4 months of work are wasted as I do not have this achievement. Is there any way this can be corrected?

I also feel that the ecto cost should be dropped to bring them more in line with the other accessories. I’m in a smaller guild that has no way to open up the guild missions for a while so I will not be getting these for a long time.

I think it was just that gems could be traded for 1g68s so they kept the store down longer until it dropped to 1g20s :p

Hello, On Yak’s Bend in the Straits of Devastation, the quest Temple of Balthazar has been stuck on [Group Event] Escort the northern invasion Pact squad to the Pact rally point at Triumph Plaza for the past week.

The progress is on Pact members alive: 3/7 and I am told to revive the fallen Pact members. Problem is, is they are nowhere to be found. I have combed the area the entire week, finishing Straits on 3 different characters. People on Map chat say the quest is bugged.

Normally I would just skip this event, however this unlocks the Cathedral of Glorious Victory and I need 1 piece of Karma armor to complete the set. Could you either fix this quest or have all the level 80 karma gear vendor sell the same gear? Maybe even have the vendor hiding in an alcove or something

And I would like to add that you should be able to log in as invisible rather than log in and then go invisible.

The one good thing is that once you unlock a bunch of dyes on one character you pretty much have a good idea of which ones you would want for another and you can just pick up a couple on the auction house. There are a few dyes that act differently depending on the material applied to though. Oil slick ( a metallic dye) looks completely different and great (IMO) on leather.

Wound up going with black as that usually goes with almost everything I like. So far it has worked out well.

You could always do what I am doing and piecing it together. I picked up the chest, legs and gloves, but bought the Vigil helm and shoulders until I get more money for the Cultural ones. I just hide them because they don’t match. Shoes I got from the mad king, but they actually look good with the human tier 3 for a thief. When I get more cash I will get the rest of the cultural set though.
