If there aren’t any other ideas, should I contact customer service directly since I still cannot get the support/ticket website to upload my logs? Should I send them copies of the logs in my initial email also?
I’m having these same error messages when my game crashes. I can’t even submit a ticket through the web site, as that is crashing my internet browser too. Anti-virus is clean, and Guild Wars 2 stuff is the only thing that is crashing on my computer.
This issue has become more frequent for me as well. I’m beginning to wonder if this might be what is causing my general crashing issues.
I made another thread regarding what I’m getting, I wonder if it is similar to what is happening to everyone else.
Wandering around in towns and the country-side.
Ran the ram and the hard drive tests from Microsoft, and they came up error free. Perhaps I need more than I have currently.

Hi All,
My game randomly crashes with an error report that I have saved on a word document. It was rather long, so I was unsure if I should post it or not.
Anyways, I suspect my problems are related to graphics as sometimes the game will recolor the npc’s to a strange mix of yellow/blue/green. The maps will also do that on occasion as well.
I also tried to submit a ticket through the Ask A Question on the support page, and all of my internet browsers crash when I attempt to attach the two logs to the ticket. I’m pretty unsure what I should do next. Any advice would be welcome.
