Most people in here just want to use their shards. Why did some get to use theirs and not others?

She is not the only one. We are not even to the next season. This affected a lot of people and we are not happy about it. Glad you got yours.

There a lot of issues here. The biggest one is Arena Net made a mistake. They then made another mistake by not allowing those who had earned the armor to get it. I can’t think of another time where the rewards earned were then changed to be more expensive. Why not issue a different currency for the next season if they thought it was too easy? No one is asking for something that others did not already receive. The second issue is the new system is so stupid no one will even use it. It is cheaper and less time consuming to just earn gold and make your own set.

This is horrible. My wife and I just went to spend the currency we earned only to find out we couldn’t. This affected many in our guild. Why would you do this to people who spent hours earning this currency. I looked into this. I beleive at this point it is cheaper to just craft a set. You essentially took the armor right off my character and left it on others. I will not soon forget being treated this way.

On 3/28/15, after she did everything that she was asked to do like changing her email password and do some virus scans she was told that you guys would do what you needed to to get her guild wars 2 account back. Ever since that day she hasn’t heard anything from you guys. So, I was wondering if you could please let her know what is happening concerning getting her account back.
