So what happened to ‘randomizing’ the matches? Why does JQ continue to get stuck with the two servers that have far more off-hours coverage than any other server? Precieate that Anet!
JQ is still fighting the same two servers nearly two months after the system was supposed to “randomize” the matches?
Agree. The current system has failed to give us an even field. Personally, I believe they need to dissolve the idea of server based teams entirely. First we need a system that will not encourage/allow people to transfer to the side that won their last two matches in a row, and work from there. I don’t like the way it is, but I’m at a loss as to how to fix it. But I probably won’t be back until it is.
Will add my 2 cents in here. WvW is just about all I do now having gone through the PVE zones. Im on JQ and our matchup has changed only once since the server “rematch-ups” Having seen how things have shaped up since launch, it’s obvious by now that having teams based on servers has itself made WvW woefully unbalanced. I suggest any ‘solutions’ to the imbalance problem should begin by removing that idea and replacing it with something else entirely. What? I don’t know. If and when an inspiration hits me I’ll be sure to leave it here somewhere. Until then there’ll be one less warrior on the JQ battlefield. Sorry mates, just don’t see the fun in fighting what will inevitably be a hopeless battle. Each and every week.
Using the server stats on the Transfer window is misleading. It indicates how many people are in that server total, not WvW only. Anyone who’s been in tier one for the last month knows full well how SoR has been fielding far more players in WvW than BG and JQ. As for being the best community, well that’s entirely subjective now, isn’t it.

I hate to say this, but I was kind of hoping JQ would finally drop out of T1 for a while, we just don’t field the numbers we once did.
The mesmer most likely hid somewhere in the keep. Then when your team dispersed, he/she created a portal to their teammates who were waiting outside the walls. It’s very important to check everywhere after you take a structure, especially something as large as a keep, to prevent this from happening.
I would certainly second that. The outmanned buff is kind of silly as it is anyway. We aren’t there to find items and such. Give the outmanned players something they can really use.
I’d agree here. The ability to AOE nearly all siege defending a keep in 10 seconds by a large group cannot possibly be what Anet intended. It was first on my list of things I’d hope they fix, but that spot is now taken by the clipping/drawin problem. They MUST fix that, and soon.
