C’mon, what is it with everybody wanting to mix up PVP and PVE? Just keep those separate. About the visible rating system: hell no! There are some players at rank 15 who are better than players at rank 55. Rank doesn’t say kitten.

Please, don’t. I like the map the way it is now: focused on teamplay, and a lot of variety in the tactics you can use. You can zerg graveyard, a thief can kill the lord, you can play sneaky and go waterfall + quarry, … Making killing the lord end the game would result in the teams zerging each other lords. So, in other words: defend/attack the castle. If this mode would be implemented in tPvP, make other maps for it, dont kitten up an old map!

During the betas and after the launch I’ve been experiencing frequent BSOD’s while playing Guild Wars 2.
A file called “nvklft.sys” is causing the BSOD, this is a system file from my Nvidia driver.
I’ve tried following solutions: formatting my system, lowering the settings, different drivers, underclocking, … nothing helps.
I’ve also noticed that my laptop gets very hot while playing GW2, around 100°c (GPU and CPU).
Cleaning out the dust didn’t help.
Convinced that it was my laptop, I started the search for a solution for the BSOD’s and the overheating.
Therefore I ran benchmarks, played other (demanding) games like BF3 and the Witcher 2 (at the same time), profiled programs, even let the laptop get stuck in an infinite loop/recursion loop, but no BSOD and no overheating.
My system appears to be as stable as you can find.
I’ve contacted Asus about this matter, the only thing they say is “format your system”, which obviously isn’t much help.
My laptop uses the Optimus technology, and yes, my Nvidia card is working when I play GW2.
And yes, I’ve read the “hardware mismatch error”, saying that driver 301.42 doesn’t really support GW2.
Could anybody help me pls?
