The big boom in the Big city Complete but no reward given ? anyone else having this issue because it’s so annoying

support is bad with Guild Wars 2 I have given up playing due to how bad they are with tickets and the selected forum reply’s by mods.

A friend can’t login due to the Ip change bug (his ip is static) and doesn’t change but the game is trying to tell him it has and it’s not sending the email auth for him to fix.

He has been able to play but he had to disable the Auth email system how can this be reactivated for security and also that it sends the emails out that it should this has been only going on for him since the new patch.

fix thekittengame to many bugs I have the same issue and even when you die the mobs leading up to the eye have all reset. Are Anet even bothering to fix things they blab blab this and that on facebook and twitter but i see no action same with the gold sellers are even doing a better job that anet so many emails daily from these guys i thought anet would have had an automatic filter system that could remove any type of certain spam

Added screenshot waiting for an auto complete had to try and pull the boss it failed and made the instance reset.

Anet need to sort out stuff and fast because lots of the 70+ stuff is utter rubbish and very poor.

I am getting very sick of hopeless bugs in this game that just shouldn’t happen now the area boss has gone out of the instance zone now i can’t complete it he is sitting way out of the instance area if i try to goto his position it will kick me out. Has anyone else came across his and what did you do to try and fix it ?

Work around was to type /stuck and then it would teleport you to the other side of the door.

Now has anyone else had this issue not being able to exit the area after killing the boss ?
