Guild Wars 2

First let me say I have been plaing for close to a month and I am LOVING GW2. A have a few minor quibbles(that i wont mention here dont worry), but those aside i am having FUN again in an MMO, something that hasnt happened in a long time.

Now to my question. Why is there no que for dungeons so you can group up a PUG group. Now if there is PLEASE correct me and point the way. This is important to me as i LOVE small group play and I have designed both of my chars (Main a 61 Engineer and Alt is a Ranger) as support chars first and foremost. So Soloing is not as fun as it could be. I acxcept this and have NO problem there. But being new AND I will admit a bit ignorant of the game still(example i have NO idea what a “fractal” is) it would have been nice to be able to que up for a dungeon.Run it till i go mad learning it then move on. I am NOT glorifying WoW(gods i will never get those years back rat bast**ds) but they have done ONE and i mean ONE good thing and that was the instance que. It was a genius idea and IMHO ALL MMOS should have it. Is there any plans in the works(to your knowledge) that this feature may be added at a later date? Also again if im wrong and there IS such a feature…PLEASE (I beg of you) fill me in.

Ok since i recived such a nice response to my last question, I have another.

I played each class to around lvl 15 i like them ALL. But i have setttled on the guardian. I REALLY like the septer/torch combo and either staff or greatsword( to be frank they are ALL pretty cool and useful but these are my favorties). Now is there a build that is geared around dps/healing with these weapons i can read up on? Or a website to give me some hints on how to build as i level? Some advice given here would be wonderful as well.

New player to GW2, but i have been online gaming for 10 years now. I need some help. I enjoy playing support classes. My first char (in EQ1) was a bard. Played that till EQ2 came out and then played a dirge(bard). When I played City of Hero/Villains i always played Defenders/Corruptors. In WoW(gods what a nightmare) i Played a Boomkin and an Enhancement Shaman. I do NOT need to be top dps. My enjoyment in playing is helping my groupmates. I prefer distance to melee but i do NOT mind melee. Please dont take into account PvP because i lothe it with a passion that borders on a psychosis and dont partake in it…EVER!!! So now you know what i like to play here is my question.

What class here in GW2 is more akin to my playstyle? I see a ranger spec with Nature Magic that might work. Also the Engineer has solid possibilities. The Elementalist looks hopeful as well, but im not a “clothy” kind of guy if i can avoid it. I dont mind if it isnt the fastest way to level. Some advice i humbly beg. Thank you in advance

P.S. Is there a reason why naming a char is SOOO difficult. I mean I am a 30 D & D player and Dungeon Master. So i have a DEEP “Name Pool” and it took me more than 15 min to get a name.. Just curious no real complaint.
