Hey all,
Not sure if I posted in the right forum so correct me if it is misplaced.
I’ve noticed that every time I use this skill, I always seem to rubber-band about half the distance I travel backwards after the animation is over. It also locks me in place for a split second each time I use it.
I’m from Australia so my ping to the servers are about 240-250 average. But I only experience with short bow 3 for thief. It doesn’t do this for other evade moves (flanking strike) and it happens when I use shadow-step abilities but not to the extent.
Basically when I use shortbow 3, it takes about half a second before I can input anything after the animation has been completed due to the rubber-banding (all done on a consistent connection).

I believe if you enter an amount higher than the gold you have on you, it automatically inputs the max amount of gold you (all of the gold on your character currently).
That might’ve happened, but if you are certain you entered the right amount of gold then it may be a bug.
This suggestion is mainly aimed at mobility skills such as ground targeted shadow steps and teleports.
At the moment, you can only click within the range of the skill to activate the skill successfully and if even a pixel beyond the range it will not activate.
My suggestion is to change it in such a way that we can click outside the range and it automatically adjusts it to the furthest range in that particular direction. This way those classes with shadow steps (mainly mesmers and thieves) are able to maximise their efficiency with those skills.
This may cause trouble for other particular skills but this is simply a suggestion.
Any feedback appreciated.
