was twilight arbor and citadel of flame, im on Gandara but it also happened to me on Desolation

Hi, tried grouping with a few people to do some explorer mode runs but i was the only one who wasn’t able to enter the explorer mode, kept putting me in the story mode when ever i tried to enter, there were others in the group who hadn’t done the story mode like me but were able to enter explorer modes fine.
im lvl 80

got the same problem using roccat isku, but for me no keys work in-game.. its not the keyboard as i can alt+tab out and write this.......

still no word from arenanet
