Well I really hope that’s not true. You would think they would want take responsibly for errors on their end and not punish players who support their game.

So last week I tried to buy gems with gold. I spent 12G, then it said there was an error. When I re-logged I was 12 Gold short and had not received any gems. I contacted support, they couldn’t help me.

Today, I try to buy 50G worth of gems on the TP. Doesn’t work, I re-logged after playing for about an hour and find 200G gone. No gems, nothing, just gone.

Now, I’ve been trying to save up for a precursor and that was pretty much all the gold I had saved up. Is there anyway to get that back? Is anyone else having these same issues atm?
