It is definitely very possible. It is super easy to get your crit chance above 50% with armor and weapons alone. Then it is possibly that he was running signet of agility which provides a passive crit chance increase and it is also possible that he had fury which increases crit chance by 20%. So with roughly 80% chance to crit it is pretty easy to get 7 crits in a row.

I have been experimenting with a condition build on my thief and I am deciding between Executioner and Improvisation. Now to the point, does Executioner increase your condition damage as well or is it just the damage from your attacks?
