all three can be cast at a single time but only one per target on yourself, target friendly, group member, or turret
f1 upgrade, =+3 all stats, regeneration
f2 upgrade, +5 all stats, regeneration, a random boon
f3 upgrade, +10 all stats, regeneration, two random boons

upgrade is a new boon that effects turrets, depending on the tier the turret will gain proportional power changing thumper into a slow moving thumper golem that has an aoe bull, or turns rifle turret into machine gun or rocket turret into one of those mortars you see at the shatterer
kits have added abilities to their attacks “flamethrower 1 abilities has a target that paints a target onto the enemy making the flame turret target that enemy exclusively”
the classes healing ability is like a combination of healing turret combined with healing kit, minus the ability to splash/explode combo
If you have ever played a flash game called Dofus or they are similar to the Foggernaught with a support flair
My full support build works well with Scrapper. Using all gyros is a kitten though I wouldn’t do it.

There is a lot of option to choose from. First of all what weapon do you like playing with? Here a list of different combo that work well together in no particular order.
Power build
- GS + Longbow
- Hammer + Longbow
- GS + Mace/Torch or Focus
- Hammer + Mace/Torch or Focus
- Scepter/Torch or FocusCondi Build
- Scepter/Torch + GS
and then accommodate for running speed so either use two shouts with terrible cooldowns or throw out a weapon for staff.
also necros can target with staff abilities and Rapid Fire can be launched at more targets!

I’ve always hated elixir x stylistically “you’re an elite engineer, now you can become a mesner warrior or a elementalist…”
I think the elixir should fuse you with your weapons and random scraps of metal as armor like that guy in full metal alchemist that could cover his body in gun barrels, if you have a rifle you turn into a borg looking machine with a big rifle cannon on your back, two pistols makes you a fast moving and gives you two rapid fire hand cannons, a shield makes you slower and bulkier but more tankier and a hammer turns you into something like a golem

by active I meant dragon hunter virtues and passive I meant vanilla virtues.

you can play around with inversion enzyme and health insurance too I guess
for running around with elixir gun and fighting front line

Force field support that adds life points to allies life bar, see disciple priest in WOW
first of all i hate the idea of an elite that turns the team invisible but give away tour position by BEING VISIBLE so what if instead it still followed you but generated a force field buff that added to you and allies life bar.
I also like the one about not using gyros, since engineers don’t have signets and signet like effects could help with a physical hammer engie.
don’t know if this has been suggested or not but what if picking up turrets lowered it cool down time based on how much life it had when you picked it back up.
the cannon is for people in The Vigil, I don’t think my engineer can ever complete this mission when he can stay alive longer than the solders in heavy armor
re-geared re-traited and leveled to 60 did the trick, you just gotta fight like mad against the veterans, this mission should probably suggest level 60 before starting also making my build focused more around damage seemed to help.
