So I was getting the same error you are for 2 weeks. I tried everything from reformatting my OS, to downloading a fresh copy of the game. Nothing worked.
I started testing the hardware of my pc using Passmark Burnin Test. There was an error in my RAM that Memtest didn’t find. So I changed the RAM and now more error.
So in your case I recommend you check both your RAM and Hard Disk.
Was unable to play gw2 for two weeks since i got this error. I must have repaired the game more than 50 times. Downloaded a fresh version still getting error.
I recommend using memtest 86+ to test your ram though. Unlike my case, your RAM can be damaged and changing can solve the issue.
Thanks for the reply.
I did a chkdisk /f /r and as I have mentioned I downloaded a fresh copy of the game.
The game still crashing and repairing each time i start the client.
So i was running the game smoothly for the last 5 months then last week the game started crashing with error like this:

Things I did before posting here:
-Change the RAM with a new one
-Run memtest 86+, no error found
-Reformat my windows 7
-Download the game from scratch
-Update Nvidia driver
Any help will be welcome. Thanks
