I am still having huge amounts of trouble with the wars ecaping, stun locking. Maybe it’s just me not timing dodge right but even so it’s extremely irritating losing to a war doing nothing but throwing me up in the air.

Necro utility skill suggestion

I know the argument is building Lifeforce and using our DS to live through burst and such, however I find even with DS it can be hard to live through certain builds burst such as stun wars and spirit rangers, just as an example. I thought it might be nice to take the golem and give it as a minor utility so that we have some sort of protection.

As you cant tell from my suggestions I built it around mainly killing it to gain its benefits so that it doesn’t off balance the elite skill.

First off Death Shroud for us Necro’s is awesome and I believe it’s a great mechanic. However as been argued before no death shroud=dead necro for a good portion of our builds. I was thinking earlier today in school (cause who honestly pays attention when the professor is talking about pathagorean theory) Yes I’m pretty sure I spelled that wrong.

The Flesh Golem is fun to use as a MM necro, the charge is fun and it can get you out of a sticky situation. So I thought to help with our survive-ability outside of DS it would be helpful to have a minor version of the Flesh Golem to go in our utility skills. Sort of how the elementalist minor and elite elementals work.

The minor version of course shouldn’t be as good as the elite or off balance having two Flesh Golems. I was thinking it could do a few things, but of course only one of these;

-Summon the flesh golem and sacrifice it to gain stability, retaliation and health regen
-The flesh golem could act like the bone minions but when it explodes it cripples and applies chill to the target
-or and this might be the OP one but I think it would be neat, the flesh golem pulls the enemy toward it, kind of like a tank pull. Only when it pulls the enemy toward it, the golem explodes and applies cripple.

So those are just my suggestions, to help us with surviving outside DS, and give us a little more utility. Hope you like it and I would love to hear everyone’s thoughts and opinions, maybe you like it maybe not maybe you could add to the suggestions?

I’m a huge pvp fan, in fact the only reason I bought GW was to pvp because even thought only two guys balance the PVP they do a fairly decent job. I played an Ele first and while I liked it I just found it to much work for less or equal to other classes in terms of dmg in pvp.

So I looked at necro, I generally play classes that have lightning or frost magic (I know geeky xD) And I found out the necro does have some frosty dps so I made me a norn necro and I gotta say the pvp is more fun and I don’t feel as kitten in having to be one type of build. Plus who doesn’t like turning into a Lich chilling your foes to death?
