No, please nerf it. If only for the simple fact I get onto map filled with people who rather spend 30 mins talking about the new wings than organize a simple fight. Challenging content is fun, but not when no one listens.

The argument of it not being realistic always amuses me. We’re talking about a game here that has plant people.

The only issue I’d see with larger bodies would be clipping. I know the largest female Norn body clips in quite a bit of armor.

It’s simple, not using any kind of knock back skill in a group setting, and that doesn’t just apply to rangers.

I like completing the event.

How many times do you need complete it? I don’t mean to make a personal attack but I do question why you are there if not to troll the farmers. I checked earlier and found a map within minutes that was not being farmed and had people doing the event to completion. So I think this thread a bit disingenuous.

So you are saying there’s now a limit to how many times a person can complete events in this game? Then what happens, get labeled a troll? There should not be any event in game where a person wanting to complete it, no matter how many times, should be labeled a troll such as you are trying to do right now with me. So no, I’ll keep completing it because completing events is fun at least to me.

It’s strange how Coiled is suddenly the most important and fun event in all of Tyria. I swear, once it’s nerfed nobody will be there to complete it other than people who need LS, and that’s not many.

I used to complete the event all the time before it was a farming hot spot…

Please, it’s not jealousy. At least not from me. I hate the atmosphere these “trains” usually bring with them. You want to kill a champ out of order? Play an event and make it succeed? Have fun with the vitriol thrown your way. I personally avoid these maps when I can, I’ll collect what I want on them and leave.

You wouldn’t even have these problems if people weren’t so impatient when it comes to making gold. The NOW mentality needs to stop.

You realize if it is in fact an exploit you are likely to get banned as well for making a public thread and increasing the popularity of it right?

So making a thread to ask about reporting people for doing an exploit is gonna get me banned? That’s even more ridiculous than the exploit itself

Rules of conduct:
You will not exploit any bug in Guild Wars 2 and you will not communicate the existence of any such exploitable bug (bugs that grant the user unnatural or unintended benefits) either directly or through public posting, to any other user of Guild Wars 2.

There have been other threads about this very same issue in the last few days and they all were removed from the forum. Then you come here and open a new thread explaining where and how to perform the exploit. On top of that you would want to report the farmers so hopefully they get banned but you don’t anything bad to happen to your account even though you’ve communicated the exploit via public posting. The irony lol

You should have submitted a ticket instead, asking a GM to solve your doubts instead of making the exploit public.

I don’t think that really applies to op. They were asking a question about the Orr farming, not advertising how they are exploiting it.

I love succeeding events, their tears sustain me. Honestly though they get so upset when someone does an event they way it’s intended to be done. I’ve aided in making events succeed while clearing maps sometimes and the hate for that? Wow..

I’d rather they didn’t. I’m not too keen on shoving references into games, particularly when it feels forced.

What would be nice is if Guild Wars actually worked. Every time I tried to log in, it would tell me that my password is incorrect, and support was no help. I think it’s a lost cause by now.

I play it fine on an i5, so it should be fine with an i7.

It’s absolutely ridiculous. My ISP is fine. I’ve had this issue for over a month now. At this point the game isn’t even playable. I get disconnected constantly, I’m lucky to be able to play for 10 minutes before it throws me back onto the character select screen, oh and the skill lag. It’s nice to see more people complaining about this now, maybe that’ll make it a bit harder to ignore this problem.
