Guild Wars 2

I’m unable to log in to the site at all when using Firefox. I receive no error messages of any kind. The only thing I see is a blank page right after pressing the log in button. I am however able to log in when using Internet Explorer.

I’ve tried the following to locate the problem:

• first the usual: cleared cache, cookies, history – no change
• updated Firefox: my current version is 15.0.1 – no change
• disabled all add ons to see if one was causing the problem – no change
• tried a wrong password to see if this would induce any kind of error message – no go, still just a blank page
• tried searching for this issue and there appears to be a single post on these forums regarding this problem with people suggesting to update Firefox to 15.0.1, which is the version I have.

At this point I’ve ran out of ideas of what to try next and am open to suggestions.

I’ve noticed that there has been something odd going on with my Charr’s eyes lately – they appear to be perpetually half-closed. At first I thought that may be I remembered it wrong and that’s just how they always were. But then I decided to dig through my excessively large collection of screenshots and turns out they actually used to be open – like so.

I’m not really sure at what point this first happened, but this glitch persists through restarting the game client and the PC. I tried removing the helm item to see if anything changed – but no, the droopy lids remain. Has this happened to anyone? Did you find out what caused it? Can it be fixed?
