Dont think ive seen a single 5man premade this season. some 4man which i treated as just some friends queueing together, nothing too tryhard

I have to wonder when you are getting these timers. Because I have qued into you several times before, and my que was sub 10 minutes at the time.
Now I have gotten long timers before, granted it was probably like 3am est, so it is to be expected.

Can you show me a 2hr que at 7pm est -10pm est?

Edit: I see you screen shot says 9:30pm but idk about time zone. It implies you started que in the 8pm hour so only other factors would be time zone and day of que.

EST time, on sunday night. monday i just stopped trying after 45mins cause had to go raid. tuesday night i got 3 matches in with the same 10 people but managed 3 matches within an hour or so

There are a lot of people (myself included) who stop caring about progress once they hit legendary, so the pool of players willing to grind up the prestige ranks is incredibly small.

All A.net needs to do to resolve OP’s problem is to increase the rate at which matchmaking expands the pip-range when looking for an opponent. So, as an example, when OP (Prestige 2) queues up for a match, matchmaking first looks for opponents who are also Prestige 2. If 4-5 minutes goes by and there isn’t anyone in Prestige 2, then matchmaking should start looking for opponents who are higher up in Prestige 1. If another 4-5 minutes goes by without a match, then the system should look for opponents who are anywhere in Prestige 1. The problem seems to be that matchmaking apparently refuses to match Prestige 2’s against Prestige 1’s, or that it has to wait 45 minutes before making that jump.

(It may also be the case that there just aren’t enough legendaries in general, although I don’t think that’s a problem because my Q times in Prestige 1 are only about 5-8 minutes during primetime).

I dont know if you’ll get to read my reply but i want to thank you for having some logic here. got so many brainwashed replies here saying not to play the game instead of actually fixing it.

win streak bonus was added to push the better players out of lower brackets yet we still have it at legendary.

quit acting like the players are at fault for this bad system.

and why are you so worried about scrubs making it to legendary? does it even matter?

i have lovely short queue times in diamond and i love it :P

i didnt even feel like i rushed it, i took my time while doing the 3 daily matches for backpiece

on the same ship

cant even get my 3 daily matches for the achievement while sitting on 2 hours queues

easy answer

there isnt a matchmaking since there arent any queues popping up.

currently at leg 2x and have to sit in 2 hours queues. really making me regret not throwing all my matches just to complete the backpiece achievements. now getting punished for it i guess lol
