I got my 1000 Achievement chest about 3 days ago. I choose a weapon skin. How long I have to wait for my next chest that I can choose another skin?

Are there any new builds for ranger like hunter in WOW after this update? Use LB and SB instead to be a melee ranger? I mean for the PVE. I`m a noob ranger.
