Yesterday i received a mesage from anet while running a fractals that they would be doing maintenance in 60 minutes and that it would be affecting my connectivity. Literally, 5 minutes later I started to lag and disconnect horribly. I got kicked because I couldn’t stay online for more than 2 minutes. It’s been a day now and the game is still UNPLAYABLE. I keep getting disconnected, and get 2-3 minutes lag spikes. Meanwhile my brother is next to me playing normally so it isn’t our wifi or internet. Please Help! this is really making me mad. I’ve been playing since beta and never had any DC problems like this.
What a horrible update. Boring is the only thing i can think of this patch. I was expecting something great for the 1 year mark since launch but, yet again Anet lets us true gw2 fans down. Im tired of defending his game against trolls and my friends who list the facts about gw2. Its simply boring and this living story is a bad idea. I’ve read that because of the living world we weren’t going to ever get an expansion…….
Hey guys i made one of these post before and instead of getting feedback about labtops everyone was telling me to buy a desktop. Again i prefer labtops because of the mobility and i use them for school etc. Was wondering if this will run gw2 around medium to high settings.( which one is better ) not trying to max out the game just want to play smoothly with good graphics. Would love some feedback and any suggestions thnx.
If you have gaming friends IRL chances are at least one of them knows how to build a decent gaming PC for $600. Unless you really need a laptop, I’d suggest enlisting a friend to help you build a desktop, or learn to do it yourself. More bang for your buck.

Casual player from Jade Quarry U.S looking for friendly helpful guild. i have a lvl 80 guardian and currently working on a warrior who is lvl 33. I really enjoy this game and want to join a nice guild with mature players who like to have fun and talk. I have other friends i can bring over to the guild who will help it grow also.
Ok i know little about labtops and currently i play gw2 on a i3 HP pavilion g series. I run GW2 on really low settings and it sucks because this is a beautiful game. So im looking to upgrade with a budget of $600 dollars and have narrowed my search to 2 labtops and need help deciding which will run gw2 better.

Dueling is fun, I was surprised it wasn’t an option in this game. Hopefully they will add it eventually. Just have a option out flag if ANET is really that afraid.
They were probably thinking of the chimpanzees who continually spam duel requests at anyone in line of sight, then kitten and moan in /m about how everyone are wimps or pussies, if no one is interested in joining them in their little kitten-fest. Auto-decline still doesn’t filter map chat.
But then again, I have been wondering how many people I can fit on my ignore list. Haven’t really given it a good test yet, so dueling should afford me a decent opportunity to fill it out. Bring it on.
Lol reminds me of this one guy back in my wow days outside S.W. After talking trash In /M he would lose a duel and log out. But the point is it was fun and challenging plus u know that feeling u get destroying a trash talker?
Just give us what we want. Some people want mounts and others dont want the speedboost. So do the same as u did with the broom. Something cosmetic u ride just for looks that has no impact on speed. Everyones happy.
Imagine seeing the top arena players or ’’gladiators’’ fight it out each week or just a friendly competition in this massive arena everyone can see. Even wager some coin? Also cyber bullying? I thought it was a myth. Feel uncomfortable just ignore the bully or log out….
Hi guys im a casual player who enjoys this beautiful game. Some areas of this game are breath taking on how detailed and amazingly well done the Environment is. That being said i wonder why Hasn’t there been a dueling system Implemented yet. I mean surely they want us to see their Hardwork and what better way than destroying someone in a beautiful Environment. I would love to make pvp videos 1vs1 somewhere visibly astonishing. For example like swifty does from wow. The combat here is by far superior and more intense and so is the Environment than wow. So thnx again for the amazing game and would enjoy if u add this small feature. Also i would appreciated some feedback would the community want 1vs1 dueling in the open world?
Me and my other 2 friends. (80 guardian, 80 thief, 80 ranger) are looking for a Good pve and wvw guild. But also we want to transfer to a populated server before the jan 28th deadline. We want a guild thats going to be helpful and up for anything.
Im looking for a friendly fun guild that does wvw and dungeons. my current server Gate of Madness is worthless in WVW. I enjoy the game but gets lonely sometimes. Plz help if anyone knows of a good server.
