Karma vendor at the Temple of Melandru in Cursed Shore is your best bet. Not all of the armor has those stats though. The helm and boots are different stats.
Personally, I like the staff because it is a good support weapon. You get another good heal with AH by using Empower. The staff also allows you to back away from a big fight because it is range (not much but still) so you can recover if need be. Just my thoughts.
