Guild Wars 2

I had my friend send me a lot of foods and crafting mats in game via mail and when I logged into my account I saw my mail as being full. I switched characters to my main who has full slots and max backpacks and emptied out the mail. Problem was I seem to have lost about 25-35 items. Most of them not too pricey since they’re just food, but some of them were pricey food mats like butter, omnoms, yams, etc. Losing 250 stacks of some items like yams really hurts.

Any idea what happened in between switching my characters? I logged out of the game and frantically logged in and searched all my characters but there’s nothing in my inventory or mail. I know it wasn’t deposited since you can’t deposit foods like salad.

Any ideas?

Same problem – unable to edit ranks, unable to queue something even though we have enough influence.
