4 hours? is that all?

i’ve been waiting 4 days, others been waiting 15 days… gl

wow that’s disgusting, sounds like they need to hire more staff to deal with the support

I know you have a separate forum.. but I’m tired of waiting to play a game and progress further in my story because of a bug the dev’s hadn’t spotted at the time, I understand the bug is fixed now but I still need my level 30-48 story quests and you have released 3 or 4 updates since this started happening but not ONE word of this bug or what you are doing. Please just give me an update on how long this is going to take to get my character back to normal… you have no IDEA how long it is taking me to grind these levels to catch up to my storyline due to missing out on the mass amount of XP, not to mention the items, and the fact that the story is the main point of your game.

I spent £42 on this game, which is the highest amount of money I’ve spent on a game in 4-5 years as I usually wait for it to come down in price because money isn’t something that grows on tree’s, kinda wishing I did now for then maybe I wouldn’t of got this bug and been giving this persona from the Devs like it’s not an issue they are bothered about, 4 days without a word of whats happening.

So I ask please just give us an idea of what you are doing, why it is taking so long, how long you estimate it is going to take and what the suspected outcome is going to be.
