Do you live in the UK? as i had the same problem and still having this. Sometimes it works. For example , a few minutes ago i’ve been disconnected AGAIN…and i was at the Lion’s Arch.

Hi,
Is anyone struggling in the UK to connect to the game today and stuggled yesterday ? It’s impossible to connect as we have an error, and when we arrive on the lion arch, the game is constantly charging so unable to be connected to the game.
I noticed this problem since the new patch added (jumping puzzle). We are thousands people in the UK having this problem so it is not a computer, routor or others problems like that.
any Issue? Can you help ?

Thanks for replying Gant. Since this morning, i’m struggling. At the last connection, it was written that i was even not more in my guild, and when i move to an other map, i have to disconnect and re-connect myself to the game cause the game is running out.
