Like you HykCraft.4610 I am stuck at 1 file and it just permanently “downloads” data but never progresses and hard-space usage doesn’t change.

-Disabled Firewall
-“…\Guild Wars 2\GW2.exe” -assetsrv [servers numbers from http://gw2status.de/]
-Installed French, German language packs (additional 15k files)
-Ran PingPlotter and traced the server connection the launcher was using (no connection problems).
-Ran GameAdvisor and sent support the data
– “…\Guild Wars 2\GW2.exe” /clientport 80
-Ran MSCONFIG and disabled all additional Services and Startup Processes
-Uninstalled my BitDefender Security
-Uninstalled my CCleaner
-Uninstalled my Internet Download Manager
-Completely new installation
-Changed IPv4 to use Google DNS and commanded ipconfig /flushdns

None of these things work and the issue is with GW2 only online.

@Celina.1497 @VitalSuit.1980 – It “seems” to apply to all female norns wearing the medium armour magitech leggings. My friend is a norn female ranger of a different body type to me and also has this visual glitch (although they didn’t notice it until I pointed it out). I used a makeover kit to preview other body types and the glitch remains on all the body type previews.

I would like to add my name to the list of people who has reported this since the beta and has just been enduring the visually displeasing glitch.

Another Asia-located client here. I forfeit my sleep for the Halloween event on Sunday 03.00 to experience the once in a lifetime event. I only got 2 hours sleep that day and went to work. I caught up on my sleep on Monday night after work.

In hindsight, it wasn’t worth it. Now another “not to miss” event is happening on a Sunday night at 03.00. This is rather annoying that I am having to choose between sleep or a gaming event and if this is going to be a regular thing as opposed to a once a year thing, I’m going to have to make the sensible choice and exclude myself from all events of the sort.

I know you can’t have a once-only event that accommodates everyone so I’d prefer them to find some other way around it or only have such events on Fridays or Saturdays so that those of us in Asia and Oceanic can catch up on our sleep on Sunday.

Decided to stop playing because this was unusual and it was ruining the personal story for me. I just explored instead and hope to do my personal story when I hear this is fixed.
