I raised a support ticket and found the issue was with my ISP BT, I am on a BT package which throttles peer to peer traffic causing this problem at peak hours, see below link.
I have got round this issue by using the VPN service HMA and I am now able to play.
Oh thanks for this I’d no idea they were doing this, I’m with BT. I’m not keen on paying for HMA software. I maybe just better off switching service providers. Shocking service from BT tbh. :/
Same issue here, stuck on loading screen & just come up with this error message, but only on this char.

I was playing the game earlier with no problems. Logged out & came back to log back in but when I try to play just get stuck at the loading screen for Caladon Forest. It only seems to be happening on this character as tried on others and it loads OK.
Very frustrating and I have no idea why this would be? Any suggestions?
Bringing back Elona & Cantha would make this game complete for me.
Personally, I really hope they add monks (I doubt they will). As above, I think the reason they did away with them in the first place was they didn’t want any ‘trinity’ type classes, however monks smite, cc, so that blows that out the water.
It’s kind of strange lore wise as well, that they just disappeared.
