I have noticed latley i have not got wvw xp on some keep takes,i have tagged the commander and also been in the circle for the cap.Has anyone else had this issue?.Thanks for any answers.

Lets say i have frostfang legendary and i dont really want power,toughness,vitality for its stats.Is it possible to skin a legendary for diff stats and still keep its legendary status and effects,our is there a differant way to do it.Thanks for any answers regarding this question.

Does +healing make siphon health,life transfer,wells pulsing heals…etc more effective?

I cannot seem to find ither one of these ingrediants,does a karma merchant sell them or is there a zone that has them more abundantly?
