I really like the “it takes a few days.” perhaps do mini bosses that gives away that “pile of cats”. Make them area level oriented, dropping greens. So that people have incentive to make new toons. So that they can get good gear on there new toons. Hop on the mains and destroy the dragon. And get them yellows and what not.
