Guild Wars 2

So its well known the there are 3 NA servers that are full except for rare occasions now. The main issue I bring to the forums is that with the weekend of 75% off accounts, hundreds of players put accounts onto these 3 servers that are rarely used. For someone like me who is genuinely trying to transfer to Blackgate, that has been made all but impossible as a result of those accounts.
I have spent multiple days logging in and out repeatedly for 3-4 hours at a time in odd hours of the morning when less players are on and still BG has yet to open up.
Maybe this is me just being frustrated, but I find it slightly annoying that all the rarely used accounts lock up a server.
With that does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do other than pray I get sheer dumb luck?

So I have the title from the meta, so I know I completed the meta, and yet i did not receive my chest. I will be greatly disappointed if I do not receive my reward in the future and hopefully in a timely manner as well. I’m starting to expect these things from anet and that should be quite embarrassing for the company altogether.

I’ve been having the same problem. After doing what was suggested above by Mr. Vaughn, my issue was resolved.
