Gaile, thanks for your help. Though the serial code turned out to be fraudulent after all, but the account is released. Will give some bad advertising (I have to) to the reseller. Not the best solution, but at least something.. Pity it took so much time to solve.

While this fraudulently purchased account is closed, we encourage you to buy an official physical retail copy from an authorized seller or digital serial code at http://buy.guildwars2.com.
Unfortunately, there is no further assistance we can provide for this issue.

I got exzactly the same reply. Asked them to be a bit more specific, waiting for now.. Waiting again. Here in Russia state services work slowly. Now they don’t seem to be that slow

i got the same reply when i actually put a new serial code to access my account(which they said that i should do to access my account). i bought my new serial key with cd in a official retailer in our country.

So what’s the answer then? Waiting for another couple weeks to receive an answer saying “You should not have done that” doesn’t seem to be the best option..
I didn’t try to put a new serial code yet to this existing account. Seems risky to me. Waiting for more specific info

Received an answer, which says “This resulted in the serial code and game account to be permanently closed”.
Does this mean that I can not use a new serial code with this account to restore my characters? Do I need to create a completely new account?

FYI: got suspended on 30/10 without any explanation at all. Ticket 121030-000601, Error 45:6:3:2114, blurry sentence about account issue. ‘Your Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended for an account issue. Please contact Support for information’ they said.
This is my second post in this thread, which I apologize for. But it will be way too disappointing if Gaile misses this.. =\

Does it mean that those will have to wait longer?
I have created a ticket on 30 of October, it will soon be 2 weeks after I got suspended.. Is that normal? I am very confused

I have been playing a lot of MMOs, but Blizzard enraptured me. Once I had a problem with my WOW account, and a friend of mine advised me to call them (first surprise). Call Blizzard support? What-what? But I tried. They have a 8-800 number. After choosing the language and waiting for a minute or two, an operator answered (that was pretty quick – second surpirse!). In a couple minutes more the problem was solved (third surprise).
That was The Best service I have ever seen. That was really awesome and easy. Anet, honestly wish you reach that heights some day.

Btw, you have piece of code (‘*/ ?>’) shown on the page https://en.support.guildwars2.com/app/account/overview/, just below the words ‘See all product, category, and answer notifications’. Chrome.

First received an error 45:6:3:2114 with a message ‘account has been suspended for an account issue. Please contact Support for information’. Last response took place on 11/03/2012 saying ‘escalating your ticket to our Payment Review Team to research
your issue’.
Have always been a legit player. Need assistance.

Have been suspended since 30th of October, submitted a ticket 121030-000601 the same day. But now it have been quite a while, but I didn’t get any answer on what is wrong with my account, will I be able to use it or anything else.. I have even made a duplicate ticket (which I feel sorry for now), but still no asnwer.. Is such a long time waiting for a answer is normal?
