People are more mad that the game is unbalanced than they truly are at you. I get mad that my job is to teach first time people how to play instead of the game doing thakittens hard to watch noob after noob make the same mistakes and be stuck on the losing side constantly because of it. Those who rage tend to still know what they are doing and are mad at kids who have yet to be taught the right plays to make. People who know how to play, expect their teammates too as well , and want to fight opponents who also do. Real fun competition is whakittens about. Till they can keep people grouped around their skill levels in this game, we will constantly have kids raging about how bad kids are in the simplest situations , and another side filled with QQ’s of " I didn’t do anything wrong, your being mean to me for no reason" . I feel like you have to suck really bad for them to pm you ahaha, cause their are plenty of kids I want to rage out but I wouldn’t take the time to pm them about how bad they suck lol. If only I could block people from being grouped with me ever again.
Can we please break the solo q up into ranks , considering MMR balance is an even bigger joke ?
At least you have to play longer than a day for a higher rank. I know the rankings broken and we should give it more time work work out blah blah etc . Though me being ranked 37 on a team with kids who are first day players is too much. I would be happy to get a game with everyone ranked above 10 at this point. With afk’s and leavers or kids that troll when you do try to team plan , there is no way out of the solo q hell, you just get deeper the more you play. You can make a plan but then noob’s always forget by first death and start 4 man zerging again. I can tell my team to help at 1130 buff and 830 buff at start but it wont matter… still fighting a 1 v 2 alone when time comes, even if i resort to cave man drawings for any non Americans on the team.
I know rank doesn’t equal skill but it is would easily still be a better match than whats going on now. I just want to actually have fun one solo q game and not see my team with the same gear they started out in the mists with. Even when you have the higher rank team at the end ,it’s hard to feel joy like a job well done , when its just a job well lucky. This system picks the winners from the start. For this reason, I can not judge anyone who Sync Q’s, considering there was never a fair fight from the start.
I do plenty of team ques as well but it takes a while to find people not in a group, that can also play the classes you need all while having it balance you so that your not hitting a top 50 rank team. It currently can take along time to accomplish nothing based on the broken system.
I dream of a solo q that 9/10 times my team does not all 4 man sit at home point, shortly before zerging around the map. It be nice to have people pick a role and play the build they choose GW1 style. If your a bunker be a bunker, if your sneaky go sneak , if your ranged don’t stand in the front,,,, .The games not balanced , the game has roles and certain jobs despite what they promote , so teach them to these kids and develop some real competition already. How can we have a E-sport if 90% of the players don’t know how to play?

All about how you approach it . I don’t call them noobs at the start . I just say buffs are key to this map or plz skip boss monster and go for mid . A clean start makes a big difference. Only time i get angry is when i draw on map and ask for help a lower buff and no one comes i get 2 or 3 v 1’ed by other team and get 3 capped for the loss . That’s the only time I actually raged. I mean cave men understood drawings…
Hey guys with more and more people all getting ranked horrible scores , iv found myself getting a couple more evenly ranked games . Its still off balence, but atleast now when i do get a closer one in ranking i have a much better chance to win. =) I’m currently using a anti meta build on my guardian “solo q is broken” and winning alot more . I just focus on making my noobs stronger in team fights. Currently i just use boons to make my team out Might the other team(con bonus and dps bonus) and focus on taking away their conds . The rest is all built for healing and keeping my self alive. I try to direct the pugs to where i need them to go , then i make sure they win the team fight. Positioning and power are my keys to success =)

I agree. im stuck in solo q hell with noobs even though im rank 36 and play in teams with top teir people. I had 4-5 games in a row with man downs, now im constantly on a team with kids who asks me what buffs are , going vs 20+ pvpers. so annoying so broken
….. you just go back to the person you talk to start the torn to get out of it. only works if you quit before que pops though.
If your stuck in solo q hell this might help. Every round I have a message ready to go on the basics for new players. I tell them to focus squishes, call and attack called targets ,etc. If you know what your doing then make up a game plan for your team while your just sitting there in silence anyway.
I hate how unbalanced the teams are as much as the next guy, but with speaking up a bit iv won games being the only player above 20 vs higher rank teams. Communication goes far.
Take some leadership and let others know to grab the buffs etc, if not new kids will just around as they learned how to do in structured PVP. Even though its not your job and you shouldn’t have too, your win % will thank you. Iv had plenty of people rejoice at me giving a little direction.
I think its horrible the game doesn’t teach them how to play before being able to join in on TPVP. Sadly, you can only do so much in this system’s chaos, but I hope this helps some of you come out victorious.
