I agree with the OP. I soloed many of the HP champion mobs on full zerker gear, and I consider myself a casual who PVP more than PVE. Anet needs to stop nerfing stuff here and there.

I run full zerker, finished the story, fully unlocked my elite spec (got most of my HP solo, yes even soloed some champion mobs), so i do not think HoT is that difficult. The new maps are meant to be end game, so the difficulty should remain as it is.

Chronomancers… are still squishy against conditions… get a burn guardian do 10 + stacks of burning = dead chronomancer

My first solo queue in HoT…. was against a full 5 man guild premade….

Does everyone else think Lion’s Arch new music is horrible? Quality wise.

I agree. The 24hr window is bullkitten and it has to be on the day I didn’t log in! The news on the website should have been more clear and precise that it was only going to be available for 24 hours.

Like others, I have returned to GW2 after a long hiatus and faced an issue with the game “crashing” into a black screen randomly. The music still plays, I can move my cursor and bring up the menu using F10, and I can quit the game using alt+F4. It is definitely not an issue with hardware. I tried all the solutions that worked for others who faced this problem such as disabling antialiasing in control panel, clean uninstall/reinstall of graphic drivers/etc but the black screen still randomly pops up. In particular, it likes to pop up when I respawn after a death in PvP.

I am playing with a Alienware Mx14R2 with an Nvidia GT650M. Other games run perfectly fine and it is just GW2 which has the issue with black screen. It is so frustrating and I am already at my wits end. I suspect it has to do more with the game’s incompatibility with the drivers?
