Yes, because people spawning elementals, spirits, and banners to grief others makes this so much fun! Never before have I played a game where being trolled made me want to play so much more! I’m really excited to keep playing this!

Actually I play on asura and I basically can’t see my character when playing with norn and charrs. This is why it is fun though – the puzzle is pretty easy and without other players could be completed with 1-2 tries without any issues. Other players make it more difficult and that is good.

I loved all the bonus arenas in Guild Wars 1 – Costume brawl, Snowball and Dragon arena – all three of them rocked. I used to play them constantly I managed to get the Gosu Skillz title which was pretty rare back in the day before I stop playing Guild Wars 1 altogether.

When Haloween event was announced I was really looking forward to Costume Brawl in GW2 – was thinking we are going to get something similar to Costume Brawl from GW1 with shrine capping, winning streaks but with famous GW2 characters instead.

My disappointment level is unimaginable.

Costume Brawl in GW1 was a tactical cap battle with default set of skills, here we get a complete chaos where players (mostly invisible due to rendering) stand in front of each-other and spam buttons.

I love GW2, but new Costume Brawl just sucks. No tactics, no fun. I hope Anet won’t ruin snowball and dragon arenas

You can’t win only by nighcapping, you need to be able to hold stuff as well.

We look foward to tomorrow evening when we’ll have to do the uphill battle – YET AGAIN- and recap all the upgraded towers.

As someone who plays on Blacktide but is not a member of Xaoc I can say that Xaoc pretty much single handedly got Blacktide into top 10 servers in Europe. If they get some help from other big guilds (especially during CET prime time, they struggle the most then) Blacktide can easily become a tier 1 server and maybe even challenge Vizunah.

Almost 500 now for Gunnars.
Never understood why people complained about night capping. Different servers = different time zones = different activity levels. It is 24/7 battle arena and servers with best coverage win. Deal with it.
