Lol, let us be REAL here folks. It is broken. High condition damage on a skill that utilizes ZERO initiative (at a distance) PLUS stealth. LMFAO. LET US BE REAL. As I stated Aervius, I use this build too. Might want to reread that part in the beginning and the end. The initiative cost should be small as not to destroy the mechanics but only hamper the spamming of something so broken when coupled with high condition. Look, we already can gain 2 initiative when triggering a stealth skill or we can gain initiative quicker when in stealth, if we have these traited. And I bet my bottom dollar you do!

Then you will need to apply similiar mechanic to every class that can apply a bleed on their autoattack. So off the top of my head we need to nerf bleeds on necros, engineers, elementalists, warriors, rangers, hmm can the others do it? if so nerf them too!

Looking for a good guild on Sorrow’s Furnace. I like both pve, and wvw/tpvp. Seems most my friends have quit the game so looking to make some new ones in game. Looking for a guild that participates in both pve and wvw. That has some form of voice coms (prefer vent but thats not a requirement) and is fairly organized.

Changing servers for the right guild would also be possible, just attached to some of my names and the chances of getting highly sought after names like Ming, Siuan, and others would probably be very low.

Any suggestions?

You may be able to do this properly traited at level 80

Actually you can start doing it easily at lvl 20 if you have half a brain for tactics. P/D with cloaked in shadows, CnD stealths you and blinds them, drop caltrops, sneak attack, repeat as necessary. So easy its not even funny.

The video itself was done in an entertaining way. However it seemed most of the fights culling played a huge part in, and I’m not really a fan of the utility setup you are running. Just personal preference but I prefer to abuse caltrops with a 24second cooldown.

My build does hold aggro around 80% of the time, if your ally is doing a high damage burst you don’t go ahead and burst ontop of that risking stealing aggro and reducing efficiency, you space the bursts apart so the aggro stays focused on who needs it.

This is the difference between a knuckle dragging pub player and a pub/guildie who understand basic mechanics.

Its your responsibility to use your brain-or-if you cannot go do solo PvE where you wont muck things up for the rest of us.

You are aware there are mechanics at work in this game for aggro besides damage and healing right? Pick your knuckles off the ground long enough to go learn about mobs that attack highest armor, lowest armor, hp variables, etc.

the event was supposed to be over hours ago. Just cause some people found a loophole to keep spawning instances doesn’t mean kitten. Some of us had to work and when we got back heard about the loophole method but I didnt want to spend forever instance hopping to get into one.

Pretty sure it already does. You do know most thieves take the talent to regen hp when in stealth though right? Alot of others take the heal where every time they hit you they heal for around 150hp. These are things that add up fast.

That being said, as a working adult I hate your decision. Between the day 1 fiasco of nothing working, and not being able to partake in day 3. I personally consider the event a failure from my personal standpoint.

Its not mandatory. I use it in my 0/0/30/20/20 build, but I have seen players like wild bill use a condition spec without it. Though in all fairness wild bill plays a venom condition spec.

I would say go with an SSD should fix your problem. I load in 5-10 seconds at max off of mine.

No doubt, cant even progress cause Noll won’t spawn. This is a great one time event arena net. Get your act together or I’m sure alot of us (myself included) may stop playing and stop spending money in your cash shop.

So you advertise this huge event and not even 20 minutes into trying it I start finding bugged npcs that prevent progress. Good job, this bodes well for the one time only part of the event yes?

On a serious and less sarcastic note, what are you doing to fix these issues? Hotfix, server restarts, what?

It probably cause I am condi p/d bit the CnD nerf doesnt mean much for me. Then again I Only use it to stealth and sneak attack or stealth stomp someone.

Current level cap is fine. Don’t have to raise cap to give new experiences, and present new fun things to do.

I am curious as to the reasoning of a one time event? Some of us will be working on Sunday. I am annoyed at this decision. A major event like this occurring just once is a terrible, terrible idea. It should at least occur a few times that day to give people the opportunity to participate. I am sure the hell not missing out on $200.00 in pay just to see the event, as that would be my only choice.

Nice gameplay, but its hardly unique. Look up Wild Bill for example, hes been doing it a long time.

I love how Dixa “thinks” he knows whats going on, but has no clue. Guess what stupid, it reduces the interval between the phantasms attacks, not the cooldown…
