Yea I have to agree Rebound is really disappointing , because the fact that it only reduces the cooldown of 1 skill for 25% it is sad and also the only reason I used the this elite was to cure 1 extra condition using the soldier runes . At the very least, they could make the next skill you use not have a cooldown.
To me this skill really needs a buff or to be completly change, if they dont change this skill I probably will just use my greatsorwd or tornado ( btw tornado is cool).
