You can find them and the matching armor set in most 25-35 zone heart vendors. I actually found the recipe for the set somewhere (sorry, cant remember where).

The craftable set is called Shadow Armor. It’s pretty cheap to craft which makes it perfect for transmuting.

Finally found the perfect dyes to color match my armor and weapons. I love this set.

Silver lining ~ the stack cap is 250 and not 999.

happening here also. game ran perfect up until the lost shores update. now it crashes to character select screen at least a few times an hour – and almost always at the worst possible time. its very frustrating.
