Thanks! On my computer in Dry Top it is FPS 4/5 LOL!!! I usually just play PVE and can get by… just checked that area, my FPS in the teens! Can’t wait to get my new computer! It will take gaming to whole new level! I probably will be able to do jump puzzles so much easier! haha I game with my husband, he will be so happy when I can actually keep up now! Thanks so much guys!

Thanks! How do you check the fps while playing? Curious to see what my husbands computer gets compared to my dinosaur.

I am purchasing a new laptop, but I want to make sure before I spend all this money, especially with the new story coming out soon, that this laptop will be able to run it smoothly. Right now, playing any living story (Silverwaste and Dry Top) is a jumpy mess. Thanks in Advance for any guidance.

Thank you so much Swagmeister for playing around and trying to find solutions! AND THANK YOU for that easy fix for windowed! Hopefully Anet will fix the problem soon. I have been looking at upgrading my computer for a while, but was holding out as long as I can since it works fine with everything else. All my extra income has been paying off Graduate School Loans, I got the computer right before they switched to Windows 7 – I should have just upgraded then, but I was comfortable with XP and just wanted to get through grad school. haha

I don’t have Skype or FB also on my startup. So that is not my issue. But I can not even get my screen to options to change it to window mode. How are you guys doing that?
