I’m a french customer with the same worldwide problem. I just received a hilarious answer for my ticket regarding that issue.
The french technical support ask me to change card, and he add they cant remove the risk thing on my card. So for me, the only solution is to use another card…
After that message, they simply disabled my support account. An easy way to forget customers problems.
Useless to add that i tried paypal too, and its not working the same way, with 2 cards testes…
I sure at 99% that if I try another card, the problem will be exactly the same.
Thus, I found my solution: I won’t give a cent to Anet as they don’t want, and deserve; it.
Never met such situation in any online game.
